The core muscles undergo significant stress and changes during pregnancy and childbirth. Pilates counteracts ligament laxity caused by hormones such as relaxin potentially reducing pelvic and lower back pain

2. Reduce stress:
Get out of the house, exercises and get endorphine release whilst socialising with other mums in our small intimate classes

3. Quicker post-partem recovery:
Maintain fitness enable you to better cope with the challenges of being a mum.

4. Improve posture:
Targets aches and pains in your back, pelvis and shoulders associated with nursing your baby.

5. Connect with other mums in a supportive & nurturing environment

When can I start post-natal pilates?

You can usually begin exercise around 6 weeks post-partem once you receive clearance from your healthcare provider. For those recovering from a C-section or other complications, we will tailor a program to your needs to ensure it is safe and effective.

We are all about making things work for you and your baby in a fun, supportive class to begin your journey back to feeling strong and confident.
