Lili has a passion for assisting people in realising and reaching their own functional capabilities by prescribing effective and safe exercise programs for people of all fitness levels and abilities. Lili has over 5 years’ experience as a Pilates instructor and over 10 years’ experience as a student of the Pilates method.
Lili recently completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Health sciences giving her a strong understanding of how the body moves and functions. Lili loves educating her clients about the many benefits of exercise and believes exercise is the best form of preventative medicine. When Lili isn’t teaching Pilates she loves to travel, go to restaurants, and enjoy the outdoors.
